COLUMBIA ? South Carolina Education Lottery officials still do not know who won a Powerball drawing worth nearly $400 million earlier this week.

The winning ticket in Wednesday's drawing was sold at a store in Lexington. The winner has not yet come forward.

But the state's other big Powerball winner has been spending money to improve education.

The Rev. Solomon Jackson Jr. won nearly $260 million in Columbia in 2009.

Jackson has spent $500,000 to purchase two new 56-seat luxury coach buses for Benedict College in Columbia. The school plans to dedicate the buses Friday.

In 2010, he donated $10 million to Morris College in Sumter.

He also has donated nearly $2 million to preserve the historic auditorium at the old Booker T. Washington high school in Columbia.
